Zero Tolerance Agreement of Eachdaykart

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on the date of purchase between Eachdaykart, referred to herein as the "Seller," and the online buyer, referred to herein as the "Buyer."

The parties hereby agree as follows:

1. Zero Tolerance Policy The Seller has a zero-tolerance policy for any abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior by the Buyer. This includes, but is not limited to, any form of verbal, physical, or written abuse, as well as any action that may cause damage to the Seller's reputation, brand, or business.

2. Communication All communication between the Buyer and the Seller shall be conducted in a professional and respectful manner. The Seller reserves the right to terminate the transaction and/or block the Buyer from future purchases if the Buyer engages in any behavior that violates this Agreement.

3. Payment The Buyer agrees to pay the full purchase price for the product(s) ordered from the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within a reasonable time frame.

4. Product Description The Seller has made every effort to accurately describe the product(s) listed for sale. However, the Seller does not guarantee the accuracy of the product description and is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description.

5. Returns The Seller offers a return policy for defective or damaged products. The Buyer must contact the Seller within 24 Hours of receipt of the product(s) to initiate the refund or return process.

6. Limitation of Liability The Seller shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the product(s) purchased from the Seller.

7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Seller is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

9. Amendments This Agreement may be amended or modified by the parties in writing at any time.

By completing the purchase, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
