Returns Eligible Items: Returns are accepted only for books valued at or below ₹500. Product Condition: Only books in new, unused condition will be accepted for returns. Return Window: You may request a return within 1 day from the delivery date. How to Return: Returns should be initiated through mail. A downloadable return label is available for your convenience at no cost. Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Note: IKEA and other non-book products are not returnable as they are purchased on behalf of the customer. The customer must bear all transportation risks associated with these items.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges for any products, including books and non-book items.

Refunds Processing Time: Refunds for eligible book returns (valued at or below ₹500) are processed within 2 business days upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Return Label For eligible book returns, a return label can be downloaded and printed for free from our website. Please use this label for mailing back your product.
