Return, Refund, Cancellation & Liability Policy

At EachDayKart, we strive to provide quality products and reliable service. By placing an order with EachDayKart, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. No Cancellation Policy

  • All orders are final once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, quantities, pricing, compatibility, shipping details, and delivery address before placing an order.

  • No cancellation requests will be accepted after order confirmation, regardless of the reason.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds shall be considered only under the following circumstance:

  • The ordered product becomes unavailable or permanently out of stock before shipment.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds Will Not Be Provided For:

  • Change of mind.

  • Customer ordering mistakes.

  • Incorrect product selection.

  • Product expectations or dissatisfaction.

  • Courier or shipping delays.

  • International shipping delays.

  • Customs delays.

  • Minor packaging damage.

  • Refusal to accept delivery.

  • Failure to provide customs or delivery documentation.

  • Transit damage.

  • Loss during transportation.

  • Delayed deliveries.

  • Partial shipment delays.

  • Address-related delivery failures.

  • Any issue arising after dispatch.

  • Any issue arising after delivery confirmation.

  • Any B2B, wholesale, bulk, commercial, project-based, customized, imported, special procurement, or high-value order.

All sales are final. No return, exchange, replacement, cancellation, compensation, or refund shall be provided except where the ordered product becomes unavailable before shipment.

3. No Return & No Exchange Policy

  • All products sold by EachDayKart are covered under a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.

  • Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product meets their requirements before placing an order.

4. Special Procurement, Customized, Imported & Intercity Orders

Certain products may be specially procured, customized, imported, manufactured-to-order, or sourced from third-party suppliers located in different cities, states, or countries.

For such orders:

  • Procurement begins only after customer confirmation and payment.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, exchanged, replaced, or refunded once procurement has started.

  • Supplier delays, customs delays, logistics issues, transportation disruptions, sourcing difficulties, import restrictions, or any third-party issues shall not qualify for refunds, cancellations, compensation, returns, or exchanges.

All such orders are final and non-refundable.

5. International Orders (USA, UK & All Other Countries)

All international orders are subject to a strict:

NO RETURN • NO EXCHANGE • NO CANCELLATION • NO REFUND POLICY

Refunds shall only be considered if the ordered product becomes unavailable before shipment.

EachDayKart shall not be responsible for:

  • Customs delays.

  • Import duties or taxes.

  • Customs clearance issues.

  • Country-specific import restrictions.

  • Shipping carrier delays.

  • Delivery refusals.

  • International logistics disruptions.

  • Transit damage.

  • Transit loss.

  • Delayed deliveries.

  • Address-related delivery failures.

Once shipped, all international orders are final.

6. B2B, Wholesale, Bulk, Commercial & High-Value Orders

All Business-to-Business (B2B), wholesale, dealer, reseller, distributor, institutional, government, corporate, project-based, commercial, bulk quantity, and high-value orders are governed by the following special conditions:

Strict No Return, No Exchange & No Refund

  • All B2B, wholesale, bulk, commercial, project-based, and high-value sales are final.

  • No return, exchange, replacement, cancellation, compensation, credit note, or refund shall be provided after order confirmation.

  • Customers are solely responsible for verifying specifications, quantities, compatibility, certifications, suitability, and intended use before placing an order.

Buyer Responsible for Insurance

  • All B2B, wholesale, bulk, commercial, project-based, and high-value customers are solely responsible for arranging and maintaining adequate transit insurance, cargo insurance, marine insurance, storage insurance, and any other insurance coverage they require.

  • EachDayKart does not automatically provide insurance coverage unless expressly agreed in writing.

  • Failure by the buyer to obtain insurance shall not create any liability or responsibility on the part of EachDayKart.

Risk Transfer to Buyer

  • Once goods are handed over to a courier company, transporter, freight forwarder, shipping line, airline, railway, warehouse operator, or any third-party logistics provider, all risks immediately transfer to the buyer.

  • The buyer assumes full responsibility for the goods during transit, storage, customs clearance, unloading, handling, and final delivery.

No Liability for Damage, Loss or Delay

EachDayKart shall not be liable for:

  • Transit damage.

  • Breakage.

  • Theft.

  • Loss in transit.

  • Shortage claims.

  • Delayed delivery.

  • Mishandling by transporters.

  • Warehouse damage.

  • Customs detention.

  • Port congestion.

  • Shipping delays.

  • Third-party logistics failures.

  • Natural disasters.

  • Force majeure events.

Any claim relating to loss, damage, shortage, theft, delay, or transportation issues must be pursued directly by the buyer against the relevant carrier, transporter, logistics provider, or insurance company.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EachDayKart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, commercial, or business losses, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits.

  • Loss of revenue.

  • Business interruption.

  • Production downtime.

  • Contractual penalties.

  • Project delays.

  • Opportunity losses.

  • Customer claims against the buyer.

  • Indirect damages.

  • Consequential damages.

  • Special damages.

The customer acknowledges that product suitability, installation, transportation, insurance, storage, usage, regulatory compliance, and commercial deployment remain solely the customer's responsibility.

8. Force Majeure

EachDayKart shall not be responsible for delays, losses, non-performance, or failure to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.

  • Floods.

  • Earthquakes.

  • Fire.

  • Pandemic.

  • Government restrictions.

  • Customs actions.

  • Transportation disruptions.

  • Labor strikes.

  • War.

  • Civil unrest.

  • Supplier failures.

  • Utility interruptions.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with EachDayKart, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Return, Refund, Cancellation & Liability Policy in full and agree to be bound by its terms.
