  4. Follow instructions: Our customer support team will provide instructions and guidance to help resolve your issue. Please follow their instructions carefully and provide any necessary information or feedback to help us resolve your issue quickly.

  5. Be patient: We strive to respond to customer support inquiries as quickly as possible, but please be patient and allow our team sufficient time to review and respond to your inquiry.

On Refund full amount: If a customer places an order for a product that is out of stock or no longer available, we will inform after one day to them of the situation and offer a full refund of the purchase price.   9. Eachdaykart Not responsible for wrong Address: "Please provide accurate and truthful information when placing orders, including your delivery address. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please do not blame Eachdaykart service."
  10. False COD Orders and Legal Action: Placing false COD orders not only wastes our resources and causes inconvenience to our delivery partners, but it can also result in serious legal consequences. We will take all necessary steps to investigate and prosecute any fraudulent activity related to COD orders, including taking legal action through the High Court of Telangana.

  12. Identity Verification for Delivery: At Eachdaykart, we may require customers to submit an OTP or company seal to their government-issued ID card before delivery to verify their identity. This is to prevent fraud and ensure the safety and security of our customers and delivery personnel.
